PPG datasets for atrial fibrillation detection

Datasets where PPG segments carry rhythm labels, usually from a simultaneous ECG reviewed by cardiologists. They range from ICU monitor data such as MIMIC-III-Ext-PPG to wrist wearables such as the Stanford DeepBeat set. Label granularity differs a lot: some mark AF only, others separate ectopic beats and tachycardias.
