Terms of Service

You agree to use ChatPPG only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are specifically prohibited from:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us (scraping).
• Using the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Attempting to bypass any measures of the Service designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service, or any portion of the Service.
• Using the extracted PPG data references for clinical diagnosis without human verification.

ChatPPG employs state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) models specifically fine-tuned on biomedical literature to achieve a high degree of accuracy. However, "99.99% accuracy" refers to the model's retrieval precision within our internal validation datasets.

Real-world performance may vary based on the specificity of the query and the availability of open-access literature. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that any specific result will be perfectly accurate. Users are responsible for verifying all citations against the original Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Our IP: The Service, including its "ChatPPG" name, logo, algorithms, and software architecture, is the exclusive property of ChatPPG Inc. and its licensors.

Content IP: The abstracts, citations, and snippets of literature provided in response to your queries remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. ChatPPG provides these snippets under fair use principles for research and educational purposes. You agree to respect all copyright notices associated with the retrieved literature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatPPG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
