Summary

Attention-enhanced (CPCA) 1D U-Net reconstructs full arterial blood pressure (ABP) waveform from single-channel PPG, then derives SBP/DBP from waveform extrema. Composite morphology-aware loss: range-weighted SmoothL1 + window-range amplitude regularizer (λAR=0.6 peak). Evaluated on UCI cuff-less BP dataset (MIMIC-derived; 942 subjects; 10 s @ 125 Hz).
