Summary
A CGM encoder built on the GlucoFM backbone whose 128-d representation is split by "protocol supervision" into Trait (64) / State (48) / Sensor (16) bands. Paired Dexcom↔Libre recordings, different-day pairs, synthetic sensor views and glucose-summary targets tell each band what it may encode. At deployment the Sensor band is dropped (a fixed filter that needs no target-cohort data).
