Summary
A family of more than 100 FMs, 20M to 2.1B parameters, built on a hybrid bidirectional Gated DeltaNet + GQA full-attention backbone (3:1, NoPE). Evaluated with frozen linear probes on 8 MIMIC-III clinical tasks: acute/circulatory deterioration, dynamic mortality, respiratory escalation, sepsis onset, fluid response, KDIGO 2/3 AKI, ventilator readiness. The 720M model beats all 13 baseline FMs on all 8 tasks: TimesFM 2/2.5/3, Chronos-Bolt, MOMENT, SOTER, and NormWear 1/2.
