- Sampling Rates
- ≈112.3 Hz for all channels (112.20–112.35 Hz per session; use per-sample timestamp). PPG: 8 photodiodes × green + IR (+ ambient in 94 sessions), raw ADC counts. IMU: QMI8658 6-axis (accel m/s², gyro °/s, ±1024 °/s saturates) + separate accel on the PPG board.

Summary
The authors built a dataset because commercial watches with similar multi-photodiode optical layouts don't expose raw channels. The research question is whether spatial PPG picks up the small tissue/tendon deformations under the watch during finger microgestures.
