Summary

Multi-scale residual-vector-quantization (RVQ) biosignal tokenizer from Imperial College / Cogitat. The PPG tokenizer checkpoint is now packaged in braindecode (HF repo created 2026-10-08), which makes it a loadable, open-weight (non-commercial) PPG codec.
