Summary

Introduces 'native calibration': estimate a current lab value as the patient's earlier measured value plus the change read from current vs past waveforms embedded by a frozen FM. Also introduces a new (unnamed) multimodal FM — transformer pretrained without labels to relate ECG and PPG and to match a patient's PPG across time. Tasks: hemoglobin change between ED visits, potassium within ICU stays, first-draw ED labs, intra-operative haemodynamics, and 24 standard PPG benchmark tasks.
