Summary
Cardiologists read an ECG by localizing waveform components, measuring rhythm and interval patterns, and translating those structured observations into diagnostic evidence. This paper asks whether that expert reading process can serve as an effective prior for automated ECG agents. The proposed framework, LuminaECG, reformulates ECG interpretation as measurement-grounded visual reading rather than as end-to-end signal classification.
