TL;DR
Ten healthy volunteers did a Schellong test (10 min supine, then 6 min standing) while wearing synchronized ECG and finger PPG. On standing, HR peaked first, at about 5 s (median +26.8 bpm). PAT shortening peaked at about 28 s (median −15.8 ms).
