PulseDB is a cleaned dataset for benchmarking cuffless blood pressure estimation, built from the MIMIC-III matched waveform subset and VitalDB. It contains 5,245,454 ten-second segments of ECG, PPG and arterial blood pressure from 5,361 subjects, plus demographics and the positions of ECG and PPG landmark points. The authors also used it to compare calibration-based and calibration-free testing.
