MIMIC ABP Waveform-to-Waveform Translation (s2s)

Summary

Use MIMIC-III-Ext-PPG (30-second WFDB segments with co-registered PPG, ECG, ABP) to train a sequence-to-sequence model translating PPG waveforms to ABP waveforms. The idea: if the FM encoder captures hemodynamic information, fine-tuning a decoder to reconstruct ABP would demonstrate a stronger form of blood pressure signal than PTT-based methods.
