HuBERT-ECG is a self-supervised ECG foundation model pretrained on 9.1 million 12-lead ECGs covering 164 cardiovascular conditions. It can be fine-tuned for new tasks by adding one output layer and reached AUROCs from 84.3% in low-data settings to 99% in large-scale ones. It predicted death within two years with AUROC 93.4%, and the models and code are released.
