TempID fertile-ground skin temperature + ovulation labels (Zenodo 20160611)
This Zenodo deposit accompanies the pilot study “Monitoring female fertile ground: a pilot study of continuous body temperature measurement using a skin wearable device and machine learning integration” by Siret Läänelaid and colleagues at the University of Tartu, the University of Granada and TempID. It contains anonymized, cleaned, filtered, annotated and imputed skin-temperature recordings with ovulation annotations (temperature_ovulation_dataset.csv). A second file (MaxRange.csv) holds hourly mean temperatures computed within the study's maximum temperature range, which served as the input features for its machine-learning pipeline.

temperature_ovulation_dataset.csv contains anonymized, cleaned, filtered, annotated, and imputed temperature and ovulation data prepared for downstream analysis. MaxRange.csv contains the hourly mean temperature values computed within the maximum temperature range described in the article. These processed features were used as input for the machine learning pipeline.
