Zenodo data+code deposit 2026-11-01 for article "Through-skin laser speckle sensing detects carotid occlusion in mice" (journal not stated)
TL;DR
From the Zenodo description: 171 defocused secondary-speckle videos from 14 mice, in three acquisition campaigns before, during and after right common carotid occlusion. There is a same-artery table of per-recording decorrelation-index values and leave-one-mouse-out folds.

Abstract
Derived data and code for the article "Through-skin laser speckle sensing detects carotid occlusion in mice" (Yosovich et al.).
The archive holds the analyzed feature table of 171 defocused secondary-speckle videos from 14 mice, recorded in three acquisition campaigns before, during and after right common carotid occlusion, the campaign-3 same-artery table with the per-recording decorrelation index values, the dataset manifest, the leave-one-mouse-out fold definitions, the frozen analysis protocol, the held-out predictions of every reported model, the trace arrays plotted in the figures and the hash-locked result files. Three commands check the archive and refit its results: verify_frozen_paper_results.py checks hashes, cohorts and stored values, reproduce_paper_numbers.py refits every reported model from the feature tables, and operating_points.py recomputes the reported operating points with their mouse-level intervals. Feature-extraction and figure code are archived under code/. Raw videos are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request. README.md inside the archive documents every file.
