STAGES (Stanford Technology Analytics and Genomics in Sleep) is a prospective multi-site sleep-clinic cohort on NSRR with clinic PSG, Alliance Sleep Questionnaire (ASQ), and multi-week Huami/Xiaomi wrist actigraphy. Roughly 1,500 adult and adolescent patients across Stanford, Bogan, Geisinger, Mayo, MedSleep, and St. Luke's.
