HeartBEAT is the NSRR release of the Heart Biomarker Evaluation in Apnea Treatment trial (NCT01086800). Adults aged 45–75 with cardiovascular risk and moderate-to-severe OSA completed home Embletta Gold HSAT (finger PPG/pleth, ECG, SpO2, activity) and separate-night 24-hour Spacelabs ABPM at baseline and about 12-week follow-up under CPAP, nocturnal oxygen, or control arms. Access requires the NSRR Data Access and Use Agreement.
