Healful

wearable HR/steps/sleep/calories + WHOQOL-BREF quality of life (n=44, HEALTHINF 2025)

Healful pairs daily wearable data with self-reported quality of life from two three-month waves: 20 participants (March to June 2022) and 24 undergraduates from the Federal Universities of Ceará and Piauí (October 2022 to January 2023). Wearable data were sent daily through the QoL Monitor app, which also collected weekly WHOQOL-BREF physical and psychological domain responses. After preprocessing it has 1,373 instances and is shared on Kaggle under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
