TL;DR

Passive intoxication detection from arm-worn PPG against a subject-specific sober baseline, using frequency-domain and baseline-relative descriptors and rejecting motion-contaminated windows. The detector was tuned for high PPV. Session-level macro PPV was 96.79 %, but mean sensitivity was only about 40 % and varied a lot between sessions.
