VitalVideos-Africa-1 is presented as the first Sub-Saharan African rPPG dataset, with 24–30 s face-only and face+palm videos at 40/60 fps (Basler acA1440-220, 1440×1080) under varied lighting. Ground truth is a CMS50D+ finger PPG at about 60 Hz, HR, SpO2, MicroLife cuff BP and a partial respiration-belt waveform. It is available under a commercial licence; academic access is listed as currently unavailable.
