pyPPG
Python toolbox for PPG fiducials, features and signal quality
What is pyPPG?
pyPPG is an open-source Python toolbox for photoplethysmography analysis. It detects fiducial points on the PPG and its derivatives (systolic and diastolic peaks, dicrotic notch, APG a–e waves), extracts per-beat morphological biomarkers and computes a signal-quality index. It is published in Physiological Measurement (2024) and installable from PyPI.
